Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the corporate gifting, advertising, or events industry is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Coordination:
    • Handle incoming orders via phone, email, and online channels.
    • Ensure orders have correct pricing, discounts, and product specifications.
    • Input and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Manage urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales managers are unavailable.
    • Answer customer queries, inform them about order status, and arrange delivery schedules.
    • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Sales Support:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate marketing events.
    • Assist sales teams in securing and renewing orders.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for handling sales, queries, and deliveries.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
    • Prepare reports and documentation related to sales activities.
    • Utilize Excel and other tools for tracking and analyzing sales data.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Industry Background: Corporate gifts, advertising, or events industry experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas).
    • Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is an added advantage.
    • Understanding of branding techniques (e.g., printing methods) is beneficial.
  • Languages:
    • Fluent in English (speaking & writing).
    • Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Logistics Executive

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team and manage a broad range of shipments—from small e-commerce orders to full container loads—across multiple geographies. This is a dynamic role that demands attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work across air, sea, and road logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics operations: from small parcel e-commerce deliveries to large-scale bulk and container shipments.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and road transporters to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries.
  • Handle and review all shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, airway bill, COO, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and country-specific requirements across Asia, Middle East, India, and Africa.
  • Track, monitor, and provide regular updates on shipments to both internal teams and clients.
  • Manage last-mile delivery partners and optimize order consolidations for efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipment delays, customs issues, or claims.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare MIS reports, and monitor freight costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of logistics experience (preferably in trading, corporate gifting, FMCG, or distribution industries).
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping practices across multiple modes (air, sea, road).
  • Familiarity with customs clearance, HS codes, duties, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
